How to conquer stage fright and fear of public speaking

There are thousands of ways and techniques to eliminate or mitigate fear of public speaking. If one or two techniques don’t work for you, you need not to give up. You have to put real serious efforts to bear the fruit of public speaking. Here some well-known methods of handling stage fright and public speaking fear.
‘It is ok to be nervous’ realize that:
Though this method works for a small number of people, it is worth trying. It often proves best for cerebral types. You can give this a try and see whether allowing yourself to be nervous makes any difference for you. So far effectiveness of this method is concerned, for Most of people, it doesn’t prove quite effective.
What’s your passion in life?
Usually public speaking organization typically start with the question “what‘s your passion in life?” and they suggest speaking about this passion. If you strongly focus on your passion, it may cause your fear to evaporate.
Have a strong faith in yourself:
Fear of public speaking seems trivial or even nonexistent if you have a strong
Turn your fear into excitement:
The only difference between the bodily sensations we have while experiencing excitement or fear of public speaking is just the label we paste on it. So, try to change that label from fear to excitement. However, you must keep one thing in mind that being excited is great but don’t overdo it.
Deep breathing:
If you aren’t already talking, deep breathing can work, but once you are on the stage and speaking there, it can’t do a lot of good, as people expect you to speak and not do breathing exercise there. You can do your deep breathing before going to the stage.
Practice and rehearsal:
If you practice ahead of time, it can make a considerable reduction in your fear of public speaking. Focus on memories of those times when you where extremely confident, as it will help you to form a solid link between feeling confident and making a presentation. You can boost your confidence with the best possible way by enrolling yourself in a public speaking training, as there you can get expert guidance and feedback and build up a confidence that will last a lifetime.
