One kind of  Peridot which is known as “Goddess Pele’s Tears” found in the beach sands of Hawaii.

The history of lapis lazuli can be traced even 5000 years back. It wouldn’t be wrong at all to call it a stone as old as hills. It has been mined in Iran, Afghanistan and Pakistan for centuries. It got that name from the Latin word ‘lapis’ which means stone and from the Arabic word Azul which means blue or the color of the sky. Lapis lazuli is basically a metamorphic rock that has a bright blue color and it is consisted of many minerals like calcite, lazurite, pyrite and sodalite.

A natural and genuine gemstone is found in one piece only it means that two gemstones are not alike. When these gemstones pass through the human hands, they do wonders with their shine, hardness and luster.

Gemstones cause some effects on their users or not it’s a debatable issue as some say they cause positive and negative effects on their users while others reckon them just ordinary stones like other stones without sense and feelings.
