Techgazz.com - Hardware Resources and Information. This website is for sale! some days back and was planning to make a exclusive site on Technology & Gadget'z I think the name is very easy to remember among people and can become a Brand Name too... SO how much is this worth if undeveloped

If I want to develop which way should i move on ?? Custom script or some CMS ??
Please Guide me regarding this let it be positive or negative Just do it..
