As I explained before, this is the case only with design firms, firms like logoworks.com can never outsource their support, the sole reason is customer support executives have to INTERACT with the designers. However, if you own a hosting company, any company can outcourse your support more effectively and less cost saving.
Everything is outsourced these days.
