It all matters in who you are and what your situation is. A good way to get past the communication problems is to keep in touch with the people who are doing the work. Whether it is outsource or not. Just make sure it fits your company and what your company wants to do.
Also, make sure that the costumers can understand the people who they are talking to. It does get tiring to hear somebody who you can't understand!
