Customer Support
Hi all,
What do you think about Customer Support? I have been with several companies and there support has been outstanding. I think this is what makes a company stand out and look popular.
1)Excellent response time.
2)Support 24 hours of the day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.
3)Kind/Helpful Support is always a key.
4)Proper grammar and punctuation when replying to support tickets and on live chat.
5)A company that is always thinking of the customer.
That is good customer support. What do you think?
