I feel a blog's success is based upon the regularity of the blog owner in doing posts.More the regular he is in posting, more the popularity it gains.Of course some marketing and optimization stuff is also important.To get some visitors into the blog.

Regularity on a blog count a lot and a blogger should be regular. It is key to success(IMO). Fresh content for a blog is just like a fresh breeze or a young blood. More often we are not regular in this and we always made blunders.
