Customer Support

Hi all,

What do you think about Customer Support? I have been with several companies and there support has been outstanding. I think this is what makes a company stand out and look popular.

1)Excellent response time.

2)Support 24 hours of the day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.

3)Kind/Helpful Support is always a key.

4)Proper grammar and punctuation when replying to support tickets and on live chat.

5)A company that is always thinking of the customer.

That is good customer support. What do you think?

I do like online support as I find that if im going to be stuck in a que It is easyer to get on with other stuff as you can just leave the support window to one site. Where as on the phone it is hard to concentrate on anything else.

The Thing that realy impresses me though is people calling back when they say they will!

Yes. I once summited a ticket to my host which was based in India and next morning I got a call from them, solved my query over phone. Pretty impressive.

I think its needed. Many people ignore about that. They just don't know that really can give a good support for us.

Customer support is very important of course as it represents the image of the company. If customer service is bad, no one will buy the products or services of that company.
