Hello,

Who has 24/7 support? If so, is it outsourced?

bobcares.com and others offers 24/7 hours outsourced services. If you don't outsource then, I'd say the biggest expense for a company is 24/7 hours support staff.

And what do you think of after-hours call support?

these support are mantianed by the owner of the site if the site is small and if it bug then they hire 2 or more people so the cost is not that much

I am referring to 24/7 support. One person cannot take care of the support, you never know when your client needs any assistance. It also depends of how small the business is.

This is true and in most of the cases the clients may need your assistance in bugging their needs. So they may also opt for voice calls. In that case only outsourcing can be the key. Else it would be hectic for the owners to do the job by themselves.
Also this customer care is very important for any product and business because you need your customers support always to run your business successfully. If you make your customers happy they will keep you in business.

Customer service department should know how to handle customers complaints and responding to angry customers, and a company should pay much more attention to satisfying customers, if you satisfy a customer, they would be happy to come back again
