Default DirectoryJunction - Directory Lists & Forums

I thought I would announce my DJ here.

DirectoryJunction is a directory of directories with valuable data such as established date, submit price etc, etc.

After surveying alot of the directory of directories, I thought it would be nice to make something which would provide useful information to the viewers and potential submitters.

You can check it out at Directory Junction: Directory resources, forums & link building

We also have an interactive directory & webmaster forums where users can be part of a community.

The lists don't have that many directories in them yet, but are filling up slowly but surely.

To cover development, maintenance & editorial costs of editors which monitor the lists, we charge a nominal fee to be listed in our lists.

It was either this or 'give us a featured link in return' and I thought that this was a better alternative.

Thanks

I tried submitting Elegant Directory there, but it gives the following error again and again:

Please enter only the part after http://

Please advice what to do now, as i omitted "http://" already, but it does not work.

Shucks.

Seems to be an error there.

Somebody else also mentioned this on another forum but didn't point me out to what error he was getting.

I will fix this and post here as soon as fixed.

Thanks for pointing this out.

Much appreciated

Thanks, just submitted Elegant Directory

It worked perfectly this time BTW, if you can place "Add Directory" link on top navigation instead of footer, it will be easy for the user.

Good Luck!

PS: After making the payment following message i got:

Quote:
Invalid Request or Session Expired

Either the session has timed out or the Url has expired.

Hmmm, thx

I will look into this more IGuides.

A few reasons which may have caused that

1) An error in my program

I think I know where the problem is.

Sorry, I was in just so much of a hurry to put this thing out and after doing so, I got addicted to these fourmums taht I haven't tested this thing right.

Thanks for the tip.

Much appreciated.

Added to the list,

U can view it here

Established Directories in Directory Junction

had to truncate some of those comments.

I haven't set up my thank you module yet, and u will get an email from the system, something like

'Your Directory has been listed on DJ'

but it will be around a week or two

I haven't fixed up that session timeout either, will do so in the next couple of days, so if u guys get a session timeout after adding a directory, it's only temporary.

thx
