Excellent domain name. Nowadays even 2 dictionary words combined together are increasing in their value. I would say that you can either sell it as a domain for a good $xxx [mid to high] or else use it to start a good site. No need to run a website using it and then selling it. Direct selling would be preferred by people as this type of name suits only company sites.
