Isn't this a great news. Paypal will now offer virtual credit card payments. So if you don't have a credit card and you have a paypal account, then also you can make safe payments on sites which accept only credit cards

It is for everyone or limited for few countries paypal members only as usual

How is this credit card working? Are you allowed to use more money than you have in your paypal account ?

It should be for all paypal account holders, anyhow I have seen this option for US paypal accounts till now. I haven't read anything like this for others. I shall like to know its status as well.
