Doubt in Paypal process.
I own clickmate.info which is a PTC site.Advertisers need to pay me via Paypal for displaying there sites in my PTC site.
I was told that a merchant account must be held in order to run a website like clickmate
Is that true?I am being charged heavily in my merchant account.
Can I use a verified account for running clickmate?Is it legal?
Please help me.

I dont think a merchant account is necessary for running that kind of a site. Anyway no harm in asking them. Just mail them or call their customer care

Im not worried about the call charges.....But they make my ears pain.I have to wait over the phone for long time.....
