The contest will have a total of 3 winners. The winners will be declared on the following mentioned criteria:

• Design (Template) and Development (Script) of Directory
• Quality and Original Content
• Strength of Directory (Back Links, Popularity, Search Engine Friendly)
• Any additional useful and extra Mods in the Directory
• User Friendly Directory
• Well Categorized

These are the main factors we will consider while reviewing with directories, for back links of a directory we cannot miss and ignore that crucial point as it's like a backbone of a directory. More stronger the directory more value advertiser will get for his links in the directory.
