After the great success and wonderful response for our previous 2 Contests:

• iGuides.org 1st Referral Contest, Win $500 Cash Prizes
• Threads Contest for November 2007 - Your chance to Win Cash Prizes and More!

It's pleasure to announce another contest for the month December 2007, which will cover mainly with Directories Market and audience.

The contest will have a total of 3 winners. The winners will be declared on the following mentioned criteria:

• Design (Template) and Development (Script) of Directory
• Quality and Original Content
• Strength of Directory (Back Links, Popularity, Search Engine Friendly)
• Any additional useful and extra Mods in the Directory
• User Friendly Directory
• Well Categorized

How to take part?

Kindly reply to this thread by posting “I am in, and your directory's URL” e.g.: “I am in, my directory URL ElegantDirectory.com”

Easy to participate in this contest unlike other contests and easy to Win It's necessary to post in this thread so that we can update the PARTICIPANTS LIST.

Prizes:

Winner: $150 - Offered by Zorg Web Directory & Internet Resources
1st Runner up: $100
2nd Runner up: 2 domain names (.com, .net., org) + 200mb Hosting with cPanel (Each for 1 year) Offered by: MethoBangla Communication & Software

Rules:

1- Only 1 member is allowed to post with 1 directory URL!

2- No duplicate accounts, duplicate IPs, and duplicate content.

Starting Date: 2nd December, 2007

Deadline: 25th December, 2007

Payment Method: All payment will be done through Paypal.

Admins and Staff at iGuides Forums will evaluate with results, we will choose and announce 3 lucky directory owners based on the above mentioned criteria.

Edit: Finally the day comes, and we are declaring winners of this contest, but before that I would apologize for the delay in the announcement of the results due to New Year celebration, holidays plus it was really hard evaluating with the results.

It was really a wonderful approach and support from all of you for this contest with some great entries. I heartily thank each participant for being a part of this contest.

I with iGuides team together analyzed each single directory and after immense hard work, efforts and discussion, hereby selected the winner and runner-ups.

Here is the most awaited result:

1st Runner up: AuthorityDirectory.com with 31 points out of 45
2nd Runner up: Zorg-Directory.com with 30 points out of 45

Though it was very tough fight, but had to choose top 3 directories. Heartiest Congratulations to the winners from iGuides Team.
