How do i use paypal to invest online?

Hi!! All, I have a paypal account and I want to invest online but I want at least a 4% return. Can anybody point me in the right direction?
I’ve checked out tradestar, dealsjamaica and ameritrade websites and I’m interested in something along those lines preferably with a fixed intrest rate or secure monthly returns. Pm only please.
