Default Cool feature for cricket score

Hey

Just saw the google official blog and found something interesting.
You can check the live score of the match in google search page.

Just enter "cricket score "playing teams""
So today is India and Australia match, you can check out the live score by just typing in search box - "cricket score india australia"

And you will find this -
http://www.google.co.in/search?q=cri...ient=firefox-a

Screenshot -

Isn't it easy and cool?

this is indeed good for cricket score readers, but bad for those sites who have scores counters to get hits, i guess these sites are gonna go closed down.

I don't agree, I think Google extracts the data from these websites with score counters.

Yes, I do agree that Google is becoming a monopolist, we cannot protest, every business is dependent on Google these days, they don't know they are promoting Google, and Google is turning it's back on then.

Becoming a monopolist is the worst thing in business economy.

Google wants everything....doesn't it.
I will term this act as "stealing" or "cheating".
They want no duplicate contents on sites but they themselves use features from other sites like as in above image.

Basically ws3.willow.tv doing all the hardwork and Google gets the credit....Sheesh...

Chetan, i think cricinfo.com is far better than others for live scores. What do you say!

Yeah... Cricinfo's ball by ball commentary...automated refreshing....and the Java applets when wickets fell, all is so professional. There are some real hard working guys behind that site!
