Simply search "engadget" in the Google and you will get what I am asking for. It is a search box in the result page of Google. Does someone know how to get this?

At the moment it looks like a difficult thing but there will some hidden technique or something else. I am working on it though and shall post my findings very soon.

Here is something relevant Google - Special Search box below site links in Search results.
It comes up with authority sites!

It is for authority sites, not all although, Google has some algorithm related to number of pages indexed in this factor. |
