congratulations for your first cheque!
Well you can always check with Adsense as to which mode of money transfer is applicable to your country. Some are enabled to get it directly on their Credit card(you need to register a credit card)...second option is that you can always have it transferred to your PayPal account. Lastly, if none of the aforesaid are available to your country, then you can request a cheque which usually takes 45 days! once you have the cheque you can deposit it in any of your bank account. All will accept and encash it for you!

For Soneri Bank, I am not sure as I didn't use them, you need to call their representative there.

thanks iguides for helping me now i choose Westernunion for payment processing
and can you give me more details which i cannot find at adsense like should i have to take my father's lisence along with me?
and how much day will google take to send payment through westernunion?
