page ranking ?

which one is better for page ranking in a web site. that mean LIve.com or google page ranking.

suppose my web site google pr 4 .
so live.com it will be 10 pr or higher mean pr 1 .

so which one is better for our web site.?

As per my knowledge, they both have different ranking algorithms. I think Live.com prefers on-page optimization more than Google. But again, if you are listed in the major search engines Google and Yahoo then Live.com comes third in traffic.

yea . when i search my web site in google i see it may be pr 8 or but i can't see in live.com

Is there any rating system exists for Live.com?

Both have different searching algorithm and I believe MSN is more conventional, means traditional methods for SEO is good for MSN whereas for Google you need to do lot of on-page and off-page SEO.
