At least Bill Gates has lost his position once?

This might be very interesting because World's # 1 Rich Man Bill gates is no more on #1. Mexican telecoms tycoon, Carlos Slim is now the richest man in the world. Does it mean that Telecommunication is going up as compared to Software industry? Should he be back on #1?

Bill Gates in on 3rd place right now as Indian industrialist Mukesh Ambani has become the richest person in the world during the beginning of October.
