Hey guys , i think most of you would be knowing this now as its the biggest news everywhere .
Microsoft bids $45 billion for Yahoo

I don't even know how many zeros are there in 1 billion lol

Yes and I have heard that Microsoft made that bid lot more than the evaluation value of Yahoo!

Yea..and i think Yahoo guys should accept the offer .
They can start a new Yahoo with $42 Billion .

Though it's an old news, want to add few bits.

Microsoft has offered 61% of yahoo! share @ $31. Yahoo! is going to financial loss and planning to cut staff in this quarter. In this situation, there is no way Yahoo! can refuse Microsoft's offer.

Google has reacted on this dealing, they have blamed Microsoft to trying to play monopoly over Internet purchasing Yahoo!
