but my problem is these days msn had started using the word windows live
what does this mean.........

One could easily dig the difference between the two. Especially they should go for advertisements as said and must stop the tons of beta services in the market. This should help them to groom themselves.

This is the best service on my office before but now, my office didn't allowed me to used this service again. I don't know maybe my office haven't the certificate of this service.

You do not need a certificate to search on search engine. I am not sure what is your query regarding.
