Error in Google and SEOMOZ for my Directory

Hi.. I am using PHPLD v3.2.0 for my directory

Google Webmaster Tools shows the following message when I try to verify my site

404 error page returns status of 200 (Success)

Also when I check my site on seomoz, the title in the Google Top 10 pages shows 301 Redirect which is lowering my PS.

Please help.

Please check script file of phpLD or check if there is any file missing in PHPLD
