Not getting indexed in MSN

I was wondering if anybody was experiencing problems getting new URL's to be indexed by MSN.My site have been indexed in Google and yahoo but not in MSN.Can any one give me ideas that what I can do to index my site to MSN .Shall i wait for some or get some more backlinks to my site
