No leads but reasonable traffic.

I have been promoting some fitness equipments these days .I am getting traffic from Google adwords but not receiving any leads .I made some changes in the ad copy with "keyword insert" feature but was not much of use ...
Can anybody suggest me how can i make some conversions.
