Did you use Google Adwords for your website promotion?
If yes, do you think that it's effective?

Yes it is very effective if done right, i strongly suggest if your new to PPC to research and learn it b4 you jump right in or you will get slapped by google

I use google adword but sometimes it get inaccurate. It does not give accurate data. So you have to be cautious about it.
