Default What kind of programmer do I require?

SEO Friendly Quality Links belongs to me.I want a template created for this site where there is a common menu bar present on top and the various sub directories can be viewed beneath.

What kind of programming knowledge is required for this template making?

Help would be greatly appreciated.

I think this can be done by you easily, use Dreamweaver for help, open the code in dreamweaver and edit it.

Default Use CSS and HTML

Hi!
You can do this easily by having the knowledge of HTML and CSS only. Use <div> tag to do this task. Also use onmouseover="" or onclick="" even to get the desired effect. You can also download many DHTML or JavaScript menu to do this easily.

If your directory is based on PHPLD , then you need to learn how to edit TPL files , bcoz tpl files are bit different from HTML but not tough

If I am not wrong then these are javascript events and someone can place a menu through this. Free scripts can also help so he should google some menu scripts as well.
