Best book to learn PHP step by step.

Hello everone i am going to learn php by books because i dont have time to learn through internet because whenever i try to learn then everytime i get involve in other work

so i decided to learn by books,please suggest me a good book name with the book author or writer name which i can easily buy in Pakistan and let me tell you cost dont matter so feel free to suggest any book.

There is no "best" book available which can help you learn PHP completely in Pakistan.

Do you have any limitation in buying books from Amazon?

I haven't learn php from any book so I am not sure which one is best. All i can say is, just search Google and see some tutorial sites. You will get books there as well.
