Hey People ,
I am looking to make a new proxy site and would like to know how do people get so many visitors in it????
Whats the bandwidth it takes and what all is required for it.
Will i need to buy a VPS , Dedi or it will work in a shared server?

Proxy sites use a lot of bandwidth, and should be used with dedicated hosting. It is impossible to earn from proxy sites if you are not going to get your own dedicated server.

I agree you will need a dedi server & I think that Adsense is only the best way to make money with proxies.

I have heard guys making big bucks from proxy sites through adsense.

proxy sites do make quite few money atleast $5 a day and get very east traffic. But its hard to sustain the traffic as the server admins usually block proxy sites regularly. Also now its the holiday season in the US and traffic will be poor for proxies

I have got 10 Proxy sites, none of them have ever been banned as yet. I agree that Adsense is the best way to go. And yes, i do have a dedicated server. It's the only way to go. Bandwidth is determined by the popularity of the Proxy.
