Exclamation Whats the trick? I don't get it!

I assume all of you have been where I am right now. In total I have about oh, 50-60 websites, and I'm only making maybe $1.00 a week from all of them combined! I am really not in it for the money, obviously, since I've been working at it so long for nothing basically!

I don't understand what I'm doing wrong! I have submitted all links to google and the other big SE's. I've optimized the 10 or so that are the main sites I update regularly. I have blogged about them, paid to have them submitted to social bookmarking websites, put links in my sigs and posted on as many forums as I can possibly post on, bought multiple domain names for the same website, and still nothing!

The only avenues I haven't really tried are paid links, and maybe an Adwords account. I hate to use Adwords though, it's too expensive for nothing in return, and since Google stopped giving more link juice based on PR, buying links is just a shot in the dark! So I don't know where to turn! I've been working at it for a couple of years now, but only with these sites for a few months.

I would REALLY appreciate any suggestions or advice from those of you who have been where I am, and managed to struggle up out of it, or those of you who found a way to do it, or those,,,,,well just anyone that has an opinion really!
Thanks in advance!

You should have really good clients, but if you want to have them you should be visible in Google for main key words. Do you agree with me?
I hope yes, so......
If you want to be visible on 1-5 Google's pages, use SEO techniques - are you using without success? Hire a good SEO team!!!
And Google Adwords is a great thing, try it and you will see: good traffic you will have on 100%

Many of the domains you have listed in your sig file are promoting free services or info. I see you do have some services that are 'paid for' services, but you seem mainly to be promoting your free services. I do see that you are running Adsense or Yahoo ads on these sites, which may be the reason for the site in hopes of making money in this manner. You are most likely running affiliates as well. There are hundreds, if not thousands, of sites out there mainly for this purpose. You need to try and improve the visibility of your sites. With having so many sites maybe it would be wise to eliminate some and focus your optimization on a smaller amount in hopes to improve your rankings in the SERP's.

Your 'free link submission' is a bit misleading. I was thinking that the purpose of this site was that by entering my site address it would be submitted to hundreds of sites. This site is a link directory. You may not be drawing targeted traffic on this site.

On your free hosting site, if I choose to order a premium hosting package, in the client area you should once again list the pricing for the different packages. I am stuck at this page as I already have a domain name and there is no way to continue unless I enter something in the 'check availability' box. Your contact us is simply an email form. If you want to gain trust you may want to consider providing a name, phone number and physical address.

On your 'whathadhappenwuz' page, you may want to view this page with Firefox, 1024 x 768 res. It is not displaying properly. You may want to check to see how your sites display across several different browsers, with different resolution settings. I have found http://www.browsershots.org to be a good tool for this.

Viewing your sites it does appear that you are trying to interlink all these sites to one another, which can be viewed as PR manipulation. Google can see this easily. Instead of the attitude of trying to be the forest, the attitude should be make your tree the biggest, badest, most want to be seen tree there is.

I do see that you may have a bit of a canonicalization issue. The content of http://www.afreewebhost.com/index.html and http://www.afreewebhost.com/ and http://afreewebhost.com are the same. You may want to use a 301 to direct all traffic to one of these addresses. You may have this issue on your other sites as well.

I feel you can achieve higher SERP's and more visitors without going with Adwords as many times you do not receive targeted traffic from this and the conversion rate for Adwords is rather low.
