How to improve my online business community site?

Hey Guys,

I'm working on a project, right now.
It's an Internet Business community Site, where I want to welcome online business experts and newbies to share and gather knowledge and news.

The experts can post their articles and write answers to forum questions. And I'm also trying to add lot more interactive or information sections.
e.g. LinkBeits(authors can edit), E - Books Download Section, Poll(voting), Events and Announcements.

I would like your expert comments on how can I improve this online money making community web site. - I would also encourage you to visit the about page to know the features of the site so that you can understand the intentions with the site like I want to build an intelligent revenue sharing system where contributors are ranked cumulatively by each section and they get rewards based on their rankings!
I am using wordpress. I want to provide linkbeits development there, so that contributors can keep adding links there. How would I do that? Is there any script that I can install or Any wordpress plugin?

Anyway, I guess my thoughts are cool. But the implementation is got to be cool too. So waiting for feedback on » About : internet-business-live.com.

2. Domain is too long and looks spamy because of "-"
3. Design is boring.
4. You need more content.
