Just a couple of quick things I saw.

Your header seems a little large and plain. You may want to work this a bit to be more eye catchy.
You may want to put your "Welcome...." statement before your upload section. Give the viewer a little information about your site to get them to use it.

Why should I use your service over all the others that are out there? Are you offering something that the others are not?
