Same look with other forums. Try making your own color schemes and as much as possible do away with blue or gray. They are not eye-candy or attractive.

Maybe you could also advertise your forum in other venues to gain traffic or posts. I also suggest you create topics and answer them yourself to get the ball rolling. Just sign-up several usernames. That's it. I hope to see your forum (looking more) alive in a few months.

Thats an old school theme ur using. Though many say that it is ordinary, most of the people are comfortable using the forum to the maximum extent using the default theme

• Too many empty forums, better you can put them into subforums
• Try to make some nice template
• Announce your forums in different forums, you may start a contest for signing up and posting a certain numbers of post. It may bring you lot of traffic.
