I like the colors, except from that orange but, i guess it's a detail xD

And that "Top Online Casinos", i'd quit it, it just doesn't combine with the header image x.x

But aside from that, it's ok :3 good work

i hav kept Top Online Casinos at the header coz its good for SEO purpose its used there as H1 Tag...

and yes for sure for that Flag things i like that Idea alot

Looks fine to me. Just try to work on adding more richness by using modern menu bar buttons. They look pretty old fashioned
