New Trend : People getting PR 5 in a week.

Wow guys , the title tells the story...
A guy at DP said that he obtain PR 5 within a week .
At first stage people thought that it was just a publicity stunt but later it turned out to be true .
I am working on many websites and sometimes even after 6 months I don't even get a PR 3 and here people are getting PR 5 in one week lol . Looks funny!!But ain't a lie....

Reviews there on the thread don't go in the favor and Literally it is impossible and useless. May be some Black Hat or other stuff, and yes this is a lesson for all of us not to go this way.

All depends which techniques he used to avail that PR5 (as tested by all) may be it was an older domain name (with already PR5 on some of DCs) and may be he was not knowing about this factor (assuming he is newbie in SEO thing) there are many other possibilities. May be he started that thread in order to get popularity on DP and spreading some hot news (fake/real)

But, in natural SEO, that is not possible, as if we read Google's pages regarding PR stuff.

I agree and besides, it does not really make any difference, he just got the greenbar - which ain't a benefit if you think so. I'm sure he has the worst organic result for his website.

Orgranic is what I call a true SEO stuff to do.

Agreed But he showed the link to many people all of them checked the registration date of the domain and they found it to be true.

PR 5 Domains are worth something........

PR is not being concerned alone there are many more aspects and stuff which are counted.

There are many things to achieve PR 5, we need to follow correct SEO strategy, lots of time and efforts, If you promote website with the ethical means then success is not easy.
