I want to share best two ways for get good Search engine optimisation

1.Submit your site link to search engine directories. Search engine directories are a good way to get a free link to your website. They also increase your chances at being listed higher on popular search engines
More links you have means it will boost your PR rate.

2.forums are a great way to achieve links to your website. But another important note to look on is making sure the forum is somewhat related to your website content. Anyhow You will still get benifit , but if it's related to your website means than you will be accomplishing two tasks at once. You will be bringing in targeted traffic You will also be building your websites presence.

Several steps to be taken while doing Search Engine Optimization.

1. Have Quality content

2. Make a list of your top 5 keywords/phrases (to begin)

3. Create a page for each of these keywords (use the keyword in the page-names.html)

4. Use the keywords in H1 & H2 tags and content

5. Use the keyword for each page in the page title and meta description/meta keywords.

6. Include text links within your home page content to these pages and make sure these text links are contextual (ie within the main body of your index content - see how wikipedia does this).

7. If your main keyword is "toys" make sure you include the word "toys" as a text link (contextual) on your sub pages BACK to the index page.

8. Ensure each page of your site has at least one link to it from EVERY other page of your site...

9. Get some external inward links from any other sites you have, blogs, friends websites, craigs list, ezine articles etc... Be sure these text links are contextual where possible so make sure they the actual anchor text includees your main objective keyword and sits in amongst relevant content (where possible)

Yeah directories can help with anchor text and to rank certain key phrases and also provide backlinks. Directory submission is more beneficial for new sites that have no backlinks yet and pages that are trying to rank well for long tail keywords.
