A good read but the entire presentation in
bold has not followed the first tip itself, so was a difficult read in fact. Well some things that I'd like to add are:

Agreed, but deeplinking also needs to be on same grounds as linking main page, keeping the relevancy and quality of link in mind.

Not sure it will work in normal context, but yes can only work if the other end is having top quality content.
And yes, centered text doesn't look good from readers' point of view, instead natural right alignment is much better,
