I think Paypal was blocked with the negative balance due to verification. I think only difficult process is to get verified status. i shall advice all to get verified status before starting transaction in Paypal account.

Agree zafar but most people got limited at their earlier stage (unverified stage) due to they don't have credit card to get verified themself so they just open paypal account and start doing business without verify. Even some people verify themself through VCC because its available very cheap ($5) but later on they have to face problem due to this.

You are right and I am agreed. I think it is not difficult be verified by VCC but if they will ask for other documentation then it will cause a serious problem. One of my friend was verified by making a direct call to their customer service.
