My paypal balance is -ve now!

Hello all.I once received $20 from a guy who wanted e to do him some submission services.After I did it for him he claimed back his money by starting a dispute through paypal

Now my paypal balance is -ve

And they say that I need to send them a check via post.Im in India and sending posts to U.S is all tough for me.

I have a doubt.If I verify my account, then will I be able to send money from another paypal account and neutralize my balance?

My advice, be alert next time. Many people love to scam you and i think if you really have some proof. You can submit to paypal. But be alert because many people will take advantage to you. But your current account is not verified right? Why you not verified before you get the payment?

Instead of sending them check via post for this you can send money from other paypal account (like your friends,family) to your paypal account.

My account is limited.Limited accounts cant receive/send money from other Paypal accounts

I think you can receive funds in your limited paypal account from other paypal accounts as far as i know. You can't send or withdraw from your limited paypal account.

Yeah right.... howmuchever the negative balance is just fund that a/c with that much and neutralize that account.... NO need for post and post to USA from INDIA is quiet expensive... just fund that account from another paypal account ... and if u wish u can also use that paypal account in future

I actually tried doing it.I got the message that it is not possible to send money to that particular account.

Then maybe your case is diff. from others as i remember that once (one and half year back) my account got limited with around 120 -ve balance but i solved it through sent money from my friends paypal account.

Now the problem is solved.I verified my account using my cousins help.[He gave me a VCC]Then I was able to send funds to that account from another account.Now the balance is restored.
