If you would have illegal paypal or E-Gold then you are supposed to scam those third party online processors(This is what they think about illegal accounts). Rather than having illegal accounts you should switch to another allowed processor.

I think illegal account also the account made by the fake data and they just i=s=using for scam people. This is bad man if they made for this, i think.

What, this is BIG amount.
I have got scammed more then 3 times but small amount only and avarage below $20.
