Default Any ways to get my money back

I was once scammed by a bogus person on my reselling account. He has closed the server in a span of 2 months. When i demanded a refund from him, he says some cheap reasons. I have noticed that his paypal account is very much active.

is there any ways for me to get my bucks back? If i complain to paypal, will they take any action to get my money back. I have got the transaction id of those money sent with me. can anything be done for this.

Here is the reply which i got from paypal. They said that nothing can be done for this as it is a digitally moved product. If it involves any physical movement of the product or any shipping services then they could get a hold of the person and could try to get it back. But for such cases(like mine) no steps are there to crack them.

I think your money never back again after scammer received it.
I think not only on paypal, but on bank account also never back it again because bank or company service won't be pay you from their money.

I think you can contact admin of payapl to get charges back.
If you have a good contact and have some proof for this, I think Paypal will give your money back.

If its about digital product, its hard if someone do that cashback. Thats why i'm not really like to buy some digital product using paypal. I prefer with e-gold. But many people not interested to do that. Its fine with me. But be careful next time because many people will do the same thing if they think you cheat them or they think you really easy to cheated..

Like paypal says that nothing can be done for digitally moved product. There are very less or say no chance for getting your money back. Learn a lesson through this and move on.
