I got this e-mail the other day, I nearly clicked it when incidently noticed the URL...

Yes it happens most of times, I have shown "Junk Mails" folder to such mails.

This spammer has a good grammar skill. I always check the link before clicking on it even if it is hyperlinked.

Such kind of fraud emails are also known as "phishing" emails. Phishing is the practice of stealing financial data (particularly SS#'s, account #'s, user IDs, passwords) from your computer by means of fraudulent e-mails, etc. for the purposes of identity theft. So be very careful against such a scam to prevent yourself from any internet fraud!
