Default can anyone tell me?

I do not know much about the concepts of server programming and their languages. I have heard about ensim, plesk, cpanel as control panels for the site. I just want to know what are their functionalities? Can anyone tell the basics about them....

If you are talking about server control panels, they are being used to manage I.P's, domains, storage in a simple and interactive way. You can get benefits of their knowledge base and Cpanel also provide video tutorials.

To do a system state backup of your server after you've installed your applications and you know its running ok. Then if something like this happens you can always go back to that point.
