C'mon man...Your list is outdated and its not made by you!!
I bought this package around 3 months ago and half the links didn't had dofollow enabled and in half the links commenting was closed .
I still have this document and I can prove that these are neither dofollow nor dofollow.
So I'd say not to take this!!!
