I prefer using CMS'!
No, Id rather use PHP because it will load pages faster than flash would. Flash is just...flashy

I onestly prefer html ! I have three site`s and all of them are html ! I think is the best for me ! It is easy to work

HTML is better than Flash, plus search engines see its content.

Yes this is the I also work as banners and ads need to be more eye catching and more beautiful which can be done better by flash and not html & all other things which is needed can be done through html or php

Well HTML is much easier to edit and deploy, Ofcourse that it's usually cheaper too

But Flash is for advanced users for a more professional site, Altough flash doesn't fit to all kind of sites and also Flash doesn't run well in Linux.

google dont reads flash so i prefer Html instead of flash.

can't a you combine both Flash and html in one website?like For example make all the advertisments in Flash and all the user interFace in html...

I prefer HTML Websites, Because of User Friendly, Promotion, Search Engine Friendly for getting traffic, Flash is not good for business websites. It only good for Presentations, banner ads etc. Most search engines not indexing flash websites, This is the disadvantage for Flash based websites. So HTML would be the most preference for professional Web Designers.

my preference of course is HtML and CSS but its mostly because i have weak skills in Flash still but hope to improve upon them.

As I have said that I shall go with html sites but it doesn't mean that I don't like Flash Ones. There are many reasons to like or dislike something. My most favorite site is Flash Site. Only difference between both is that we have to implement many other techniques and shall have to adopt other strategies. On the other hand you can say it is difficult to SEO a Flash site but it is not impossible though.
