How do I create a popup with more info?

Hello all,

I am working on a new design for my web hosting business, and I want to add a link on the page that the visitor can click an dit will pop up and show them full details of what all is included in the hosting packages.

I've seen these in many places, and I think it's a javascript popup somehow, but I'm not sure how to do that.

Any advice?
