Is there an advantage hosting my web page in the USA.

Currently asian traffic only? At the moment Cheap Hotel Accommodation Discount Last Minute Hotels Specials is hosted in Australia and we do very well with our rankings in the search engines. Most of our traffic is from this area (Asia/Pacific) and we do well but very little traffic comes from the USA.Would hosting a site in the USA or UK help me attract customers from those areas.All of our hits come directly from search engines with no advertising so that will not affect the traffic.We are a hotel and tour based site in all regions, with no emphasis on any specific area.Please let me know your thoughts.

If your site is geo-targetting Australian visitors then Australian host is better for you. Otherwise I would suggest you to go for USA based hosting as it will be more cheap and will provide more space/bandwidth.

This is true. The american hosts can offer you a better bandwidth and disk space. But i am not quite sure about their prices. Because they differ very well in the prices. If you depend upon the geo locations then you should find the host based upon that.
