Yes, tell us the name of the company, is very important. Did you have problems with them? or they offer a good service?. I would like to know if they accept Warez and some ilegal stuff :P

the terms lifetime as as I purchased it. There are never guarantees on life time service, but as long as they are around, you'll not pay a hosting bill.
