Hello Friend, My Yahoo Massenger has been affected by Virus. Can any ane give me a solution of this? Any virus scan? Any Anti-spyware?

The best thing to do in this case is to delete and reinstall Yahoo Messenger, make sure to delete all the files and leave the setup.exe file.

There are many MSN viruses flowing on the internet these days. Don't accept random files from anyone on your contact list. The best way to avoid the file is to keep clicking Decline when you get it, if your friend's MSN is affected then you will see several messages asking to accept the file.

This is the same with Yahoo as well.

Never accept any file through yahoo messenger from anyone (always prefer to accept it through yahoo email service).

never accept any files from any unknown person over Y! or MSN and don't click any links provided by anyone....

I still remember that old bug with MSN Messenger when it was sending messages to all your buddies in the list. That was so embarrassing to tolerate. Did someone remember that?
